ALIGNED SYSTEMS

Republic believes in a systems perspective for managing key processes to achieve results and continuously strives for performance excellence. The Missouri Comprehensive Improvement Plan cycle 6 influenced the district's CSIP, which focuses on the priorities identified by all stakeholder groups in the school community. Additionally, every Building School Improvement Plan (BSIP) and every district-level Department Improvement Plan (DIP) is aligned to the CSIP. Further, every Grade Level Improvement Plan (GLIP) in elementary schools and every secondary school's DIP is aligned to their building's BSIP. The district's Professional Development Plan, Assessment Plan, and Technology Plan are also aligned to the CSIP. An aligned systems approach allows for productive allocation of the district's resources and decisions that support efficiency. We do this through a focus on key processes contained in Continuous Quality Improvement, Professional Learning Communities, and Leader in Me.
