This privacy policy applies to the Spark Up mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") created by efforti (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:
Device Information:
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address and operating system.
Usage Data:
The specific pages of the Application you visit, the date and time of your visit, and the total time spent on the Application.
Personal Data:
For an improved experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email ID and Name.
Photo and Media Access:
The Application requests permission to access your device’s photo gallery. This permission is used solely to allow users to:
Upload a profile picture.
Add custom images to their Vision Board feature.
No photos or media files are accessed without explicit user action and selection. The Application does not scan, collect, or access your photo library automatically. All images selected by the user are securely stored in the Application’s cloud storage and are used only to provide the intended functionality.
The Application does not gather precise real-time location information about your mobile device.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services that maintain their own Privacy Policies:
Google Play Services
The Application utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience, provide personalized content, and enable automated functionalities.
AI components process user data strictly to deliver these features.
All AI processing is performed in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
Legal Compliance:
As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena).
Safety & Protection:
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, user safety, or investigate fraud.
Trusted Providers:
To service providers who work on their behalf and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this statement.
Opt-Out:
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your mobile device.
Retention:
The Service Provider retains User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
Deletion:
If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact akashdixit@remotedesk.com.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent/guardian aware of such data sharing, please contact the Service Provider.
The Service Provider maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information and ensure its secure maintenance.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application is deemed as approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
