Up to three signs may be used displayed outside the public right-of-way and public property.
Said open house sign shall be displayed only while the open house is in progress or for 16 hours.
The signs must be removed immediately after the open house.
Signs may be no more than 4 sq. ft. in area, and no more than 4 ft. tall
