One of which is that we are a locally owned and operated commercial cleaning business, which means we will always be willing to meet with you face to face and give you the best experience possible. Reliable Building Solutions use green cleaning products to help reduce toxic chemicals in your offices and in the air we breathe. Not to mention we have expert trained staff and a quality assurance manager to make sure the staff is adhering to and following proper instructions. We pride our self on being reliable and trustworthy and make sure we exceed your expectations with our cleaning service.

How often will you clean my office?

Customized commercial cleaning services are available daily, bi-weekly, weekly, every other week, 3 week rotations or monthly service. Each office is custom bid to meet the customer’s needs with a guarantee on the quality of work performed.

Can I get an over the phone estimate or do you have to come to my office?

We offer in office estimates only. All estimates are free and hold no obligation. In order to give an accurate office cleaning estimate we will need to know what type of service and how many square feet we will be cleaning. For any other estimates you will need to call the office at (651) 300-2570.

Do I have to be in the office when you are cleaning?

No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not in the office, there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our office cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly, they do have a schedule though so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.

Is your company insured?

Our employees are insured to protect against any loss or breakage that may occur while we clean your office.

How do I pay for my cleaning services?

You can either pay with a check or credit card. An invoice will be mailed to you at the end of each month. We also take Master card and Visa, we will take your card number and then charge the amount after the service is finished.
