Tim Dunton is the Director of Product development and thought leader for Reliability Solutions, a UT-RMC training partner based in NW Florida. He has over 40 years of experience in vibration analysis, reliability and technical training related to the reliability of rotating machinery. Experience and qualifications include extensive, machinery troubleshooting and problem-solving, condition monitoring program design, implementation and operation. In addition, Tim has extensive experience in workforce development, curriculum development, instructional design and Reliable Manufacturing®, He has designed and developed award winning computer-based multimedia training and performance support systems. Tim holds DTI Class 1 Certification, CMRP and CMRT Certifications.
Alain Pellegrino is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and Certified Reliability Leader, with 20 years’ experience in Reliability consulting. He is the Vice-President of the Industrial Reliability Solutions, Business Unit at Laurentide Controls. Leading and managing a team of 130 technical consultants, specialized in instrumentation, condition monitoring and reliability engineering, helping industry thrive in Eastern Canada.
Arnaud Richer, B. Eng, serves as a Reliability Engineer at Spartakus Technologies, where he has over 6 of experience leading reliability programs. With a proven track record in the pulp and paper, packaging, and aluminum industries, Arnaud has effectively optimized preventive maintenance programs, standardized asset master data and implemented asset health APM software. At Spartakus, he plays a pivotal role in supporting plants to become top-tier reliability performers and reach their business goals.
