1.) What should I expect?

Appointments will typically begin with some paperwork to help us know more about the issues you are facing that brings you to the office. Paperwork will also include consent forms to offer treatment, coaching and counselling services.

2.) What we do?

I will work together with you to look at needed plan of actions depending on presented symptoms, lab work from your primary provider or order them at the visit (non-invasive lab works), we will discuss current condition and goals to be achieved moving forward. Individualized plans are offered for each and every presenting issues and sometimes these issues involve a cluster of modalities to achieve wellness which will be discussed in depth and choose the best one.

3.) How big is our team?

As your partner in your wellness journey, you will get to work one on one with the practitioner every step of the way.

4.) Will insurance cover for wellness services?

Alternative, Holistic and Pastoral Counseling services are not typically covered by insurance on their own. We offer wellness packages of services, as this is a process that takes more than just one visit as we work to achieve optimum wellness, that can be paid per visit or on a monthly package basis. But if these services are referred by your primary physician, you may be present the receipt/invoice for services to your insurance for reimbursement upon request.
