About the CEO

Stefan Jansche - ヤンシェ・ステファン

Born and raised in Germany, Stefan is based in Japan since more than twenty years, he aims to leverage the strengths of both, Western and Asian working culture to maximize the success for customers and clients.

  Stefan founded Reiwa Advisors in 2019 and was SAP Global Executive and Managing Corporate Officer of SAP Japan. He was leading Digital Business Services (DBS) at SAP Japan and responsible for delivering SAP related solutions, services and support to SAP's customers. This includes consulting, custom development, education, premium engagement services, and enterprise support.  With focus on sustainable growth, he led DBS Japan to historical high performance in terms of customer satisfaction, revenue, contribution and margin to become the Asia Pacific Japan market unit of the year in 2016 and 2017.  Stefan assumed various management positions within his 20+ years at SAP and is passionate in change management. He piloted the merger of two lines of businesses, Professional Services and Active Global Support in Japan. The success led to global adoption and foundation of Digital Business Services, the largest organizational change at SAP.   

He is fluent in German, English and conversational in Japanese and Indonesian.     Privately he enjoys spending time with his family and is practicing Japanese Calligraphy since more than 19 years. At several Japan-wide exhibitions he received numerous awards and holds the degree of a Master (師範, Shihan) in Japanese Calligraphy.
