SMS MESSAGING POLICY

Effective October 28, 2026

LSR CUBE® provides project-related SMS notifications on behalf of participating municipalities, utility authorities, contractors and lead service line replacement programs.

1. TYPES OF MESSAGES

Text messages may include inspection and appointment reminders, lead service line replacement notices, property-access requests, construction and service interruption updates, restoration scheduling, and responses to resident inquiries. This program does not send unrelated marketing messages.

2. CONSENT

Residents may opt in by voluntarily providing a mobile phone number and agreeing to receive project-related text messages. Consent to optional SMS notifications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

3. FREQUENCY AND CHARGES

Message frequency varies depending on project activity, appointments and resident interactions. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless carrier plan.

4. OPT OUT

Reply STOP to opt out of project SMS messages at any time. You may receive one final confirmation. Other reasonable opt-out requests will also be honored. Renewed consent is required to resume messaging.

5. HELP

Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact the municipality, utility authority or project representative identified in your notification. For platform assistance, email lsrcube@reivaxcontracting.com.

6. PRIVACY

We use mobile numbers, consent records and messaging history to deliver and manage authorized project communications. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with authorized project participants and messaging service providers as needed to operate the service or comply with applicable law. Appropriate security safeguards are used.

7. DELIVERY

SMS delivery depends on wireless carrier networks and device availability. Messages may be delayed or undelivered and should not be relied upon for emergencies.

8. POLICY CHANGES

We may update this policy periodically. The current version and effective date will be posted here.
