Worksheet Requirements

Worksheets MUST be completed in FULL and accurately including;

• FULL legal name of Purchaser(s) and contact information (email and phone number)

• Realtor information

• Completed FINTRAC(s)

• Copies of Purchaser(s) Id's that are clear and in colour (FRONT and BACK)

  • Please note that as of January 1st, 2023, we require two (2) forms of ID for each purchaser - one showing proof of citizenship (i.e. passport or resident card) and one showing proof of address (i.e. driver's license)

• IF a client is purchasing in a CORPORATION - Please provide a copy of the ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

Important Information

• Agents are responsible for introducing clients to the area and building (Product Knowledge)

• Agreements will be emailed to your Purchaser(s) for signing (24-hour signing period)

• Purchaser(s) MUST provide their initial $5,000 deposit by CHEQUE/BANK DRAFT payable to Robins Appleby LLP, In Trust

• Worksheets WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT CHEQUE

  • Cheques can be dropped off OR couriered to 618 King St W., Kitchener, ON N2G 1C8

• A MAXIMUM of 2 units will be allocated per Purchaser(s)

General Agent Guidelines

• Sales will be handled on a first come first served basis based on your allocations

• Any unsold allocations or any recessions will be returned to the builder's inventory. Pricing may be subject to changes

• Commission Structure as follows (2.5%):

  • 100% of the commission payable 30 days after the final closing of the Unit per the terms of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale
