Legislation is used to propose a Project or a change at Woodland (Resolution). Legislation becomes law when approved by the relevant committee, the Senate as a whole and the SBP.
The Journal is the complete account of the proceedings of the Senate and its committees. Senate Documents are those used in the Senate to facilitate the conduct of business. The documents include the Calendar for each sitting day, which includes the agenda as well as a listing of the business currently before the Senate.Â
A committee is a group of Senators who look into issues in a way that is not possible in the Senate. They then report their findings to the Senate so that it may take action on Project ideas or Resolutions.
