Thank you for visiting the PHS Community Service Page! Seniors please view the video to the left for general information about graduation requirements and what must be completed so you can receive credit for your hours. After viewing the video please click on the link below for your corresponding class to find the forms you will need.  These directions only apply to the current senior class, the Class of 2024.

Grades 9, 10 and 11 will be utilizing our new platform, School Links, to log community service hours (now called Experience Hours). Grade level meetings for grades 9-11 will occur during advisory in November to share how to log Experience Hours and how previously hours earned will be uploaded into School Links. An email to students and parents will follow the grade level meetings containing instructional information how to log Experience Hours on School Links.
