STEP TWO: Read the Logistics

How many sessions can I attend? You can attend and get credit for up to 10 sessions.

Can I do in-person and virtual learning? Yes!

Where do I find the Zoom links for the sessions? At least twenty-four hours prior to the summit, you will receive an email that contains an interactive version of the schedule. To enter each virtual session, click on the hyperlinked session title. Fill in your name and email address in the window that pops up; then you'll be admitted to the Zoom meeting. PLEASE USE THE NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR REGION 10 ACCOUNT.

Can I attend all of the maker's sessions? The truth--it depends. Maker's sessions with Stephanie and Gina have 26 openings. If you'd like to attend one or both of the maker's sessions, please indicate on the form above. After filling out the form, we'll email you a few weeks before the summit to let you know which maker's session(s) you can attend. Thank you for understanding.

How will my attendance be tracked? In-person learners need to commit to a full day of learning, a full five-hours. Participants will sign in at the beginning of the day and sign out at the end of the day. Virtual attendance will be tracked via Zoom. Participants may earn credit for some or all of the zoom workshops.

  • Eg 1: in-person attendance (5 hours) + two zoom sessions (2 hours) = total of 7 credit hours

  • Eg 2: zero in-person attendance (0 hours) + four zoom sessions (4 hours) = total of 4 credit hours

How much does the summit cost? The summit is FREE for R10 Fine Arts cooperative members and presenters. For non-members, the price is $60 per person.

Can I pay per session? To simplify registration, there is one summit price which includes up to ten credit hours over two days. Pay by PO, credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or check.

How do I register multiple teachers? If paying by PO, generate your PO first, and ask each teacher in your group to register using the PO number. Please send a copy of the PO to Bobette Mauck.

When will I get my certificate? Give us a week to input attendance. You'll get an email with a survey. Fill out the survey, and you'll receive a link to your certificate.
