What is a Climate Action Neighborhood?
Tackling climate change requires all of us, and it’s easy to feel isolated and overwhelmed by the scope of the problem. We’ve found that when people get together to talk about climate action, solutions and next steps start to become clearer. Hamilton Park Climate Action Neighborhood has come together to learn, share resources, and support each other in taking definitive steps toward sustainability.

Mission, Vision & Values
Vision:
Hamilton Park Climate Action Neighborhood will develop the climate-change mitigations and reversals we need to see in the world, and serve as a role model for all others.
Mission:
Implement climate solutions in our neighborhood (and beyond) to mitigate greenhouse-gas emissions and sequester carbon.
Identify the carbon footprint of our homes and our collective neighborhoods to determine the CO2 drawdown solutions that create the greatest positive impact for short- and long-term planning. Implement both short- and long-term greenhouse-gas drawdown projects based on our continuous learning about climate-care issues and progressive solutions.
