Alec completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Methodist University after getting a Bachelor's of Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He was driven to become a Physical Therapist after working with several Physical Therapists to recover from high school sports injuries. He is passionate about helping patients achieve and exceed their goals. Alec utilizes targeted exercise, patient education, dry needling, soft tissue massage, and joint mobilization to help his patients reduce pain and do what they love. He has experience working with patients of all ages and a wide variety of backgrounds.
He is also proud to have completed the PRA (Performance Rehab Authority) training course to offer higher level care to his patients.
Alec currently resides in Leland where he enjoys spending time with family, playing volleyball, pickleball, and golf!
