Dr. Julie Winn is an award-winning educator with over 20 years of experience in both teaching and leadership. Having worked in both the public and independent school setting, she has taught across multiple grade levels, served as an instructional coach, literacy consultant, curriculum director, and currently as the Director of Teaching and Learning at Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis, MN. She has experience in a wide range of exceptional teaching practices, TfT design, curriculum and instruction, program innovation, instructional coaching, and leadership development. Julie is a regular contributor to the Christian Deeper Learning Blog, and frequent presenter at both local and national professional conferences. She is also the Co-Founder of Refine EDU, an educational consultancy consortium which specializes in tailored professional development experiences for public, charter, independent, and faith-based schools. Julie holds a B.A. from St. Olaf College, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Gordon College, and her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Bethel University. She lives in beautiful Eden Prairie, MN with her husband, sons, and various animals.
