When an emergency or any other situation happens in the vessel that prevents it from operating, you might need to pause orders from coming in.
Lighthouse offers pause and resume functionality for the whole brand, or separately for each sales channel to react promptly and temporarily disable the storefronts on the different sales channels.
Every storefront/content/vessel card indicates the number of its storefronts currently paused for better visibility.
Tap on the brand you want to pause, then tap "Pause All"Â

Swipe left on the storefront you'd like to pause

Review and approve
To resume a paused storefront, repeat the same process with "Resume"
Once a storefront is paused, you will see this badge next to its name
If the pause takes a few minutes to process, you will see this badge
All pause and resume actions are logged in the hisotry log
In the log, you can see when each pause happened, by who, and why
