Gross sales is the default screen you will see after the login. Here, you can see total gross sales generated on your vessel. The data is live and changing.

Gross Sales are the total revenue earned by selling products and services from the Vessel, including any applicable taxes, before subtracting any deductions. 

You can also quickly establish how close the actual sales are to the predictions for the day. Predictions are calculated using a data science forecast model.

Sales predictions are calculated daily by a Data Science forecast model. The forecast is calculated separately for each weekday and considers special factors like holidays or consumer habits to provide daily predictions. Afterward, the daily prediction is divided by the hourly trend to present an hourly prediction. 

Every hour, the prediction will change to show the day's prediction from the start of the operating hours by the next coming hour. The color of the tab border indicates the proximity of the actual sales to the prediction. 

🟢 Green - the actual sales are in the range of 90% - 100% of the prediction. 

🟡 Yellow - the actual sales are in the range of 60% - 89% of the prediction.

🔴 Red - the actual sales are below 59% of the prediction. 

Order Volume shows you the total number of orders generated on your vessel. The data is live and changing.

Reviews are the actual feedback made by the customer in the delivery apps.

Reviews are updated with a 1-3 day lag. Also, different platforms allow different type of review data.

For that reason, you might see differences in the reviews shown here.

The aggregated number represents the average rating based on the reviews of the chosen dates, and not the storefront ratings as it appears on the apps.
