Fill out the Actionaly Form. It will be emailed daily. Parents must complete this form for the two mornings your student is will attend school on-campus.
As part of our entry procedures, staff will be verifying completion of this essential step and our office will contact families of those children who do not have completed questionnaires. Your student will not be allowed on campus until the questionnaire is completed by a parent or guardian.

Guidelines:
Students will not be allowed on campus prior to 15 minutes before their start time.
Students will not be able to stay on campus after their designated end time.
Older and independent students are encouraged to walk or bike to school.
Students must use the bike rack that is at their assigned entry point.
No, students will bring backpacks into classrooms and will not have space to store additional belongings. As we progress through the phases and extend the school day, we will reevaluate this practice.
It is more critical than ever that families prepare for timely school arrivals and departures.
Students will not be permitted on campus after their 15 minute check-in time. Instead, late arrivals will need to return to campus for check-in at the office at 10:00 a.m. after all other cohorts have gone through the arrival process.
