The learning checklists are an itemised chart that cover each point from the specification. I would advice printing them off and using them as you work through the websites. Each check list covers everything that you could be asked in an exam as the websites do.
A favourite task with these is to RAG rate them. So look through the lists topic by topic and decide how confident you feel at each point. Then hopefully when you revisit the checklist after revision you can see how more confident you feel on each topic
