WW2

World War 2 was a horrifying war that lasted from 1939 to 1945. This war brought many unfortunate deaths to many countries around the world, Allied or Axis. Overall, it is estimated that around 55 million people died during the war.

WW2 began on 1 September 1939 when Germany invaded Poland. Britain had friendships with Poland so they aided Poland and tried to stop Germany. Germany invaded Poland when Adolf Hitler became leader of the Germans and created The Nazis.
