The Red Maple Creek Company

The Red Maple Creek Company was established in 2024 as a local and veteran-owned small business, focusing on small-scale pure NH maple syrup production. 

The founder, Kurt Willrich, began tapping his red maple trees in 2020 and enjoyed the process of making maple syrup so much, that he quickly expanded the small operation year over year. 

Currently, The Red Maple Creek Company has approximately 40 red maple trees along Pea Porridge Brook in Nottingham, NH and is expanding to other areas of NH.  

The Red Maple Creek Company only taps maple trees in NH and boils and bottles all maple syrup locally in Nottingham, NH at the Willrich Family Homestead.
