I grew up in Illinois, near Chicago. I have lived in Montana for 17 years. Before coming to Red Lodge High, I taught at The Climbing Academy, Bozeman Field School and Bozeman High/Gallatin High.
I went to college at Montana State University where I studed History and Spanish. I attained a Master's Degree in Secondary Education through Black Hills State University.
I work as a mountain guide in the summers.
My passions in life are teaching, learning, traveling, cooking, music, climbing, skiing/snowboarding, spending time in the mountains, reading and spending quality time with friends and family.
I also have a dog named Piton that I love very much.
