Library Spaces
Library Spaces
We have several spaces in the library available for collaboration, group work, projects and more.
Our spaces get reserved quickly, so make sure you look into booking a space as soon as you know you may need it.
Mini Project Space
The Mini Project Space has a *Cricut machine and crafting supplies that may be available for students to use. It is also a good space for Zoom interviews, small podcasts, and other projects with only a couple group members.
*In order to use the equipment, you must watch an intro video and a safety film first.
When reserving the room, you will let us know what you'll be creating in case you need help.
Podcast Studio
We also have a Podcast Studio available for students to use (for class projects as well as personal projects). We can have a MAX of four students recording in the studio at a time.
In order to use the Podcast Studio, you must read the Podcast Basics Slideshow and watch an instructional video first (written instructions are here) and submit your script to use to approve before we can reserve the space for you.
We also recommend learning a little about WeVideo before you begin your podcast.

Reading Room
Finally, we have the Reading Room in the library. This room features old yearbooks you are allowed to carefully look through, and is also our silent study area.
This space is used during the day for small group work, testing, as well as silent activities like reading or studying. It is possible to reserve the space for specific projects, but contact library staff for more information.
