REV Swim 2024

Swimming Tryouts – Tryouts will begin on__________ @ Redlands East Valley at ________PM. All swimmers, new and returning, must attend tryouts on _______. Time Trials will be held on __________ during practice time. The results will be used to determine JV/Varsity roster spots. We will be doing 4x50s (one of each stroke). 

Clearance Cards – All spring athletes must be cleared BEFORE the first practice of spring season.  Clearance cards from fall and winter seasons can be resubmitted and reapproved for the spring season.  New athletes must submit the clearance packets online or to the office for approval prior to________. On the first day of tryouts, all swimmers should arrive on deck with their approved clearance card and code of conduct form signed. Practices and Meets – Practices and Tryouts are Monday through Friday @ Redlands East Valley at 3:30-5:00 PM. Some varsity swim meets are on Saturdays. All swimmers will attend all practices and meets for junior varsity or varsity. 

Making the Team – If you would like to become part of this great tradition, arrive with your clearance card approved, code of conduct form signed and be ready to swim (suit, goggles, swim cap, towel) on __________. Evaluations will be made on the swimmer’s ability to make certain time bases and overall understanding of the sport

You must arrive to all practices in your swim suit. There will be no access to the gym and NO DECK CHANGING!
