Athletic Clearance
*ALL ATHLETES must have completed online the REV Athletic Clearance process, including physical exam, prior to participation/tryouts in their sport every year. Go to the REV school website then go to Athletics tab and complete the Athletic Clearance process at homecampus.com. Completed Physical Exam and Consent to Participate forms are to be turned in to Athletic Secretary in the Administration Office.
