Hey there!

I'm Mrs. Engle! Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year. I'm so glad that you are in my class! We have an exciting year ahead!

A little about me... This is my 7th year teaching at Beattie Middle School. I received my Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara and both my Teaching Credential and Master's degree at the University of Redlands. Previously, I was an Editor for a publishing company. I love books, but I love teaching even more!

My husband is a firefighter/paramedic and we have two boys, Colt (4) and Garrett (1). We love to be outdoors, hiking, fishing, or camping. We have lots of animals at our house (dogs, fish, chickens, and a tortoise!) and we love taking care of them. I'll never turn down a good cup of coffee or a good book. :)
