We are the Network of Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs) in Latin America, established in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 crisis. Our mission is to strengthen the entrepreneurship and impact ecosystem through collaboration and solidarity, connecting entrepreneurship support organizations to share resources, knowledge, and create strategic alliances. We aim to promote greater equity, sustainability, and economic well-being in the region, positioning ourselves as a hub of convergence and collaboration to generate a positive societal impact.

Our members are defined as Impact Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (IESOs), and they can be classified into the following types: Incubators and accelerators, Ecosystem builders (networks), Investors (capital, donations, or financing), Coworking spaces, Professional services (consulting), and Research and development.

This comprehensive digital resource combines the mapping of Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs) with impact in Latin America and the Caribbean, a non-financial support toolkit developed alongside Latimpacto, and a research repository. It provides a public database, annual reports, and analysis on ESOs, their services, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Additionally, it promotes peer learning and resource implementation through Master Classes.

We bring together funders (donors and impact investors) to discuss how to improve the flow of capital to Latin America. Through these working groups, we aim to understand their priorities and develop effective strategies to support impact ecosystem builders. We identify challenges and needs within the impact entrepreneurship ecosystem to generate proposals that influence public and private policies, as well as regional initiatives in specific Latin American countries. Nodos is a technical training program that strengthens members and Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs) through a collaborative 'member-to-member' approach. Offering courses in fundraising, impact measurement, and design thinking (among others), Nodos enhances organizational performance and amplifies community impact.

This program drives the growth of impact organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean through personalized group mentorship. This collective intervention initiative focuses on identifying key issues within the impact entrepreneurship ecosystem, prioritizing environmental sustainability and gender equity. Destino Impacto is an ALL-INCLUSIVE SCHOLARSHIP fund in collaboration with SAP, designed to increase the participation of small ESOs, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses in key regional ecosystem events. It promotes inclusivity and offers opportunities to those with limited access, facilitating their representation at these international events.

This initiative aims to connect the entrepreneurship support ecosystem with entrepreneurs and growing small businesses in Latin America. Informal and free events organized after major impact ecosystem gatherings promote the exchange of experiences and the strengthening of networks within the sector, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth.

📢STRENGTHENING THE YLAI COMMUNITY
The Network has collaborated with IREX on the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Fellowship, facilitating alumni access to the regional impact ecosystem. Through in-person gatherings in the region and virtual sessions focused on education and networking, we aim to integrate them into entrepreneurial ecosystems, strengthen the alumni community, and expand YLAI’s reach across the Western Hemisphere.
