We aim to support our community and in the event of any situation. We aim to accompany the people involved as well as take it as an opportunity to inform ourselves: what does this situation tell us about how we may improve the way we work and learn together at ReDI school?

We have therefore built a team of Safety Officers, members of our ReDI Team, who are ready to act as a point of contact, should you have any need for support.

At ReDI school we see conflict as situations arising where people come together and do not find common ground to move forward on a topic, behaviour or set of values.

In our organisation, conflicts shall not be kept under the lid but looked at with curiosity and dealt with with professional seriousness.

We refer to our Code of Conduct as our basis to assess conflicts and inappropriate behaviour. See below for our Code of Conduct.
