ReDI Spirit

We work and learn with the ReDI Spirit. The ReDI Spirit is:

Playful - Learning how to code can be hard enough. Let's make it fun! 

Caring - Learning how to code is easiest when you have somebody who can help you. We support each other. If you see that another student is struggling, help them! Once you need to support yourself, others will help you. 

Useful - We learn to code because we want to find a job in tech. If you find helpful material, share it with others. 

Reliable - You can count on ReDI School. You can count on the teachers. We can count on you. If you cannot attend a session, let the teachers know in Slack. 

Mini Challenge: Check how you can support the other students. Maybe share a helpful online course, blog post, or material in your course channel. Or see in the onboarding event if others need help.
