Ticket Policies and Information

• Our escapes are open to players 16 and older. Players under 15 may participate in whole-room bookings (minimum 8 ppl) and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please arrive 14 minutes before your game is scheduled to begin. Your Game Master will start the game on time!
• If you purchase fewer than the maximum number of tickets for a specific time slot, please be aware that your group may be joined by other players.
• We offer private, whole-room bookings for groups of 8 or more players. If you would like us to make your room private, please just drop us a line.
• Tickets are not eligible for refund. If you're stuck in a bind, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate exchanges made at least 24 hours before game start.
• To gift this fun experience to others, we have gift cards.
