eKey
An eKey is required for both Cincinnati and Dayton. Both areas use SentriLock eKeys.
If you have not already set up and activated your eKey, please contact your local board. They will be able to assist you in getting everything set up and working.

Yes, you will not be able to open lockboxes and open doors if you do not have one.

You can reach out to your local board and they should be able to help with any issue you have. If they can't help, they will be able to point you to someone who can.
