To transfer your license, follow the steps below.

•  If you are currently affiliated with another brokerage, please use this form to disaffiliate from that brokerage.

• Follow this link to complete the online License Activation/Affiliation Form with NCREC.  If the state licensing site is showing level "B., you will be able to fill out the form on your own. 

  • For the Authorization by Broker-in-Charge section, enter the broker's name for BIC Signature (not yours) and check the box at the bottom of the form that says “Yes, I have the Broker-In-Charge's permission to sign and submit this form.”

If nothing is needed and you have all the necessary info required to complete the paperwork, you do not need to upload and submit anything.  

We will not be submitting your paperwork for you. You will need to send it to the appropriate party and ensure any payment information has been added to the completed form.
