To apply for your initial license, follow the steps below: 

• Enter your license number and information here

  • If the state licensing site is showing level "PB," you will not be able to fill out the form and the broker will have to do it for you

    • • Email crcs.pike@redfin.com so they can contact the broker to affiliate your license. Please send the following info:

        • • Full Name (as licensed)

          • License number - search here

          • Email address

          • Phone number

  • If the state licensing site is showing level "B., you will be able to fill out the form on your own.

    • • For the Authorization by Broker-in-Charge section, enter the broker's name for BIC Signature (not yours) and check the box at the bottom of the form that says “Yes, I have the Broker-In-Charge's permission to sign and submit this form.”

If you need any additional information or a signature on any paperwork you have, please upload the paperwork using the Paperwork Submission form below.  Please do not fill out any fields, we will send the form to you via DocuSign so you can fill it out electronically. If nothing is needed and you have all the necessary info required to complete the paperwork, you do not need to upload and submit anything.  

We will not be submitting your paperwork for you. You will need to send it to the appropriate party and ensure any payment information has been added to the completed form.
