After passing your exam, you have two options:

• The application can be completed online or in paper form. Please apply online and only request a paper form below, if you are unable to get the online option to work. 

  • Follow the online submission instructions emailed to you from ppc.krec@kt.gov. If you use the online portal, you can avoid having to get a signature, but this way can be glitchy and doesn’t always work.

  • Please email me at crcs.pike@redfin.com once your request has been submitted.

OR

• Fill out the paper form given to you by the testing provider and send it to your CRC who will get the broker’s signature for you.

If you need any additional information or a signature on any paperwork you have, please upload the paperwork using the Paperwork Submission form below.  Please do not fill out any fields, we will send the form to you via DocuSign so you can fill it out electronically. If nothing is needed and you have all the necessary info required to complete the paperwork, you do not need to upload and submit anything. 

We will not be submitting your paperwork for you. You will need to send it to the appropriate party and ensure any payment information has been added to the completed form.
