To apply for your initial license, follow the steps on this page.

• You will have to sign a Docusign then upload it to the DELPROS portal. If you cannot find the appropriate Docusign, let us know.

If you need any additional information or a signature on any paperwork you have, please upload the paperwork using the Paperwork Submission form below.  Please do not fill out any fields, we will send the form to you via DocuSign so you can fill it out electronically. If nothing is needed and you have all the necessary info required to complete the paperwork, you do not need to upload and submit anything.
