On 'Wellbeing Friday Drop Down Day’, the normal timetabled lessons will be suspended and everyone will get the chance to follow the ‘wellbeing timetable’ where they will find helpful videos, pieces of information and tasks for them to complete throughout the day. We would encourage parents and carers to take part in these activities as well where possible.
Please don't forget to send any pictures of you doing any of the tasks to activities to kward@reddencourtcloud.co.uk and you may see yourself on our Twitter account @ReddenCourt, our Instagram account @reddencourtschool or our Facebook account @Redden Court School. You can also tag us in your own pictures. The pictures can be of the activity and they do not need to actually have you in them. Make sure you use #RCSWellbeing in any picture you post too.
Please use this allocated time to catch up work missed or further consolidate your knowledge and learning and complete any of the revision tasks.
This is also a key part of the day so please don't forget to tweet or Instagram pictures of your revision notes and tag us in these pictures or send to kward@reddencourtcloud.co.uk! Use the hashtag #RCSWellbeing

Summary:
We hope that you had a great Wellbeing Day!
Please remember that it is so important that you take time in your day to look after your wellbeing; exercise, talk to someone, do something you enjoy and relax!
Hopefully you found some of the activities useful and you can continue to use these in your everyday lives whilst coping with the demands of school and online learning.
Please do take a minute to fill out the feedback form at the bottom of this page.
Get some rest and get ready for the next half term!
