The access point will be given in your confirmation pack. You will be met at the entrance of the vendor area and assigned your site.
There is a speed limit of 10km. Please follow directions by our staff and please be patient.
If you are running late on event day or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know asap by giving us a call on 3283 8769.
Follow all directions given by staff during bump in and bump out.
Bump out may begin no earlier than 8:45pm, unless authorised. If you have sold out of your product prior to 8:45pm, ensure you have a 'Sold Out' sign to display.
All vendors must be offsite by 9:45pm.
Parking
Parking will be available onsite.
Payment of Vendor Fees
Vendor site fees are to be made via direct deposit. An invoice will be sent out once the site is confirmed. Site fees are non-refundable, unless notice of cancellation is made no less than 72 hours prior to the event.
Licensing & Standards
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary licences and permits. All products offered for sale at the markets must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Inspectors visit regularly. For more information please contact the Moreton Bay Regional Council.
VENDOR SITE Safety & Presentation
Vendors are responsible for the supply of all equipment for stalls. (e.g. tables, chairs, electrical cords, etc.). Any equipment brought on site must comply with all applicable legislation, regulations and standards for food and workplace health & safety.
Compliance with legislation, regulations & standards, includes but is not limited to:
Any marquees/tents are required to be secured with weights or pegs.
All electrical equipment is required to be tested & tagged.
Vendors are required to be clothed and presentable for the general public.
Smoking is prohibited in the food trading areas.
SITE FACILITIES
Powered sites are available for vendors on requests. Vendors must not exceed the power requirements as specified on application (EOI). Access to water is available at the venue, but unable to be directly supplied to vendor sites.
WASTE Management
Vendors are required to remove any waste generated during the course of the event. Cooking oil and other waste are not permitted to be disposed of in the wheelie bins on site. The wheelie bins available on site for the event are for consumer waste disposable only. Vendors may be charged a fee for using the event bins to dispose of food or product waste.
Communication & Conflicts
Vendors should notify a staff member as soon as possible if there are any issues with their vendor site, neighbouring vendors, and/or other vendor products.
Vendors are required to notify event staff if there are any changes to contact details, and/or products/services that will be on offer at the event, where these details are different from the initial application for a vendor site.
