The Red 1 Realty Agent Mentor Program (AMP!) is comprised of top producing real estate agents that mentor newer agents that want to take their business to the next level. In addition to more transactions, the members of AMP! become small business entrepreneurs. Since it's inception in 2020, the AMP! program has helped numerous agents more than triple their real estate business.

AMP! assists real estate agents through a consistent level of scheduled coaching meetings and mentoring appointments. The team meets three times per month in person and there are also personal one on one appointments. We start with Ramp Up, move to Deploying Marketing Tools, and finish with Transactional Tools. All facets of business are covered including personal interactions with clients, marketing tools, nurturing relationships, and variety of tools required to assist a client from start to finish in a real estate transaction.
