Your personal data will be processed as part of the following activities:

a. Recruitment

Support for the employment process.

Personal data is processed in connection with your consent, performance of the contract or

taking actions before concluding a contract at your request, achieving legal goals legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.

Providing personal data is voluntary.

Providing personal data is necessary to achieve the objectives of the contract.

The collection of personal data is necessary for the legitimate purposes of the Controller.

The consent given to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time.

The legal provision regulating the performance of the task is: Article 22¹ of the Labor Code, Pursuant to Article 353 of the Civil Code, GDPR Regulation letter a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes, letter b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, letter. f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

Duration of data storage

In accordance with the expressed consent of the candidate, after the recruitment process is completed or later. However, no longer than after 6 months due to possible recruitment claims.

Disclosure

Your personal data will be made available to authorized employees of the Controller, entities operating on for the Controller on the basis of appropriate instruments for entrusting the processing of personal data, entities authorized by law, as well as entities performing their tasks for the Controller such as postal, banking, or insurance services. All disclosure is made in accordance with applicable law, with respect for your privacy and to the minimum extent necessary to accomplish the intended purpose.

Your rights:

• the right to access your personal data and correct them,

• the right to delete personal data,

• the right to data portability,

• the right to object to the processing of personal data for reasons related to your particular situation.

In order to exercise your rights, please send a letter to the above-mentioned Controller’s address, or message by any electronic means of a document bearing a qualified electronic signature.

You also have the right to make a complaint the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, if you believe that the processing carried out by the Controller violates the obligations and principles resulting from the provisions of the law.
