Service means RED SKY products made available to Users, including the website https://careers.red-sky.com/ and other RED SKY applications and services offered by RED SKY.
User means a natural person acting on behalf of themselves or the entity in which he or she is employed (regardless of the legal basis) and uses the Services.
2. PERSONAL DATA
RED SKY will not collect any data about you that could enable us to identify you personally("Personal Data"), unless you explicitly provide us with such Personal Data, by registering for material, requesting to inform you about the Company, participating in a survey, participating in an online "chat" with representatives of RED SKY, posting a comment to an article on our blog or other similar activities.
Intended use
If you voluntarily provide us with your Personal Data, we may use your Personal Data to fulfill your request (e.g. requesting materials, answering a question, participating in an event, etc.) and/or providing information regarding products, services, offers and events of RED SKY.
To effectively support our customer relationship, we may process and store Personal Data, and we may share this data with business related entities to better understand your needs through surveys or other forms or to support the aforementioned activities. If you are applying for a job with RED SKY through the "Jobs" page on our Website, your application and any additional information you may provide (e.g. CV, etc.) may be used to assess your skills and experience in relation to our open recruitment, and for reporting purposes that may be required by law in a given country. We may use information from your application, CV and/or other materials to communicate with you about current and/or future recruitment processes. In addition, for the purposes of certain recruitment processes, we may ask you to take video recordings as part of questions and tasks necessary to assess your skills and experience. These materials will be deleted as soon as the recruitment process ends or your consent to the processing of Personal Data in future recruitment processes expires.
RED SKY may provide the opportunity to comment on blog articles published on our website. Please note that any Personal Data you provide in such comments may be read, collected and used by other visitors, and may be used by other parties to send you unsolicited messages.
