Data Service Technician

We are seeking a reliable Data Service Technician to repair, replace, and install devices such as speakers, monitors, switches,and wireless access points (WAPs) in the field. This role requires basic troubleshooting skills for data cables, audio speakers, monitors, WAPs, and POS systems, along with proficiency in testing and toning data cables.

Responsibilities include unloading event gear, reading floor plans and Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to arrange seating, stages, and tables according to safety and fire code requirements, and assisting with basic AV, lighting, or signage placement. Following the event, this role dismantles temporary structures, carefully packs and loads equipment onto trucks, inspects items for damage, and restores the venue to its original condition.
