Information Regarding Presentation
Authors presenting their papers are required to deliver a pre-recorded presentation that will be played during their allotted presentation time. Additionally, each presenter must be present during the virtual session to handle live Q&A. In the next few days, additional instructions will be delivered. Registration is compulsory for all presenters. It is critical to remember the following rules when recording the presentation:
Each paper presentation would be limited to 12 minutes (maximum) in duration (eight to ten minutes for playing recordings and two to three minutes for question and answer sessions).
The first slide of the presentation must include the conference name (as a header), the abstract ID Number (As shared in Acceptance Mail), the title of the paper, an author list, and the authors' affiliations.
Record your presentation using any platform of your choice (for example, Zoom/Webex/OBS/msteam/Google meet, etc.), save it as your abstract ID, upload it to your Google drive, and send us a downloadable link at mail ID icfp2022@reck.ac.in. We will save this recording to our system, and we will play it at the ICFP conference as per schedule.
Thus, on or before March 13, 2022, the authors will share their PPT along with their video recording. Keeping in mind the upcoming Holi festival holidays, please adhere to the deadline and do not expect us to extend it in any way. We seek your assistance and cooperation in this matter in order to complete the schedule for conference on time.
