Recroot Africa is a digital-first talent platform that actively connects companies to vetted experts with a mission to form affordable "on-demand" launch teams as they scale into new markets in Africa. The disruption occurs first at the talent sourcing level whereby experts are matched to short-term in-house teams, and we then proceed to cultivate an embedded model to transition those teams into long-term teams or projects. The focus is purely on new markets, new customer segments or new products. On a thematic side, the focus is on expansion and product/market fit, market research and insights, and business process optimisation. We consider these as the core modules given that these form the skeleton of any work for new entry or expansion.
Our Services
At Recroot, our team vets talent that ranges from fresh graduates to retired professionals in order to gear them up for advisory projects of various types and functions. We embed, high-capacity specialists to work on-site with our clients between 5-12 weeks to solve for problems related to market research, operations, product and strategy pertaining to their core Key Performance Indicators. Project Management (Planning, Designing Scope, Implementation and Coordination Processes) - we work with clients to outsource talent management and sourcing and using that talent to then conduct the first 90-days of work required to launch to market successfully. The goal is to optimise the talent sourcing to talent onboarding process within the same cycle.
Strategy Development and Process Optimisation - we work on resource mobilization, quantitative and qualitative management of team targets, maintaining inter-departmental report and delivery cross-border, and technical advisory work to monitor and report outcomes.
Development and Capacity Building Coaching Workshops - we work with our clients to provide demand-driven skills training to the staff or existing team in order to hit larger and quicker Key Performance Indicators at scale. Our workshops and trainings cut across entry level, mid-level and senior-level management.
Stakeholder engagement and collaboration - we work on projects requiring on-ground coordination on behalf our our clients especially for audit and due diligence work for selected companies, suppliers, and partners.
