My home in Dunedin Florida has a large backyard with a spacious screened lanai and multiple outdoor paved seating areas and open green shaded lawn.  The pool area provides a perfect stage for a performance "in the round", and can easily accommodate 100 guests without crowding. The screened lanai and indoor living areas provide additional options which can accommodate 30 - 40 people. There are opportunities to socialize before the concert and during an intermission.

This is an intimate "listening room" concert experience, and guests and any children are expected to remain quiet and give their full attention to the artist during the performance.  All artists are accomplished singer songwriters and touring artists, many from out of state. There is a suggested donation for each artist that provides a living wage, and 100% of donations go to the artists. If you are unable to afford the suggest donation just let me know when you RSVP.
