Proof of Identification

The following is considered valid Proof of Identification.

• One or more of any of the following proof of identification: 

  • Current government issued ID.

  • Evidence of a Social Security Number.

  • Valid Permanent Resident Alien Registration Receipt Card or Immigration Visa. 

  • Individual Tax Payer Identification Number (ITIN). 

  • If within the City of Portland: Any government issued identification or combination of identification that would permit a reasonable verification of identity.
