Which dates is the tour?
Currently there are two dates available for the "4Days 3Nights" property tour: 16th - 19th of May & 13th - 16th of June.
For which countries is the tour available?
Currently, the tour is available only to residents of select countries. However, all interested investors are welcome to sign up, and a consultant will reach out to you for further qualification on a case-by-case basis.
If I'm traveling with my family, how does the tour work? (E.g. My kids are below 5, do you charge a full fee?)
Couples sharing a hotel room and children under a certain age may join at a reduced price based on the hotel policy. Our property consultant can answer any further questions you may have after you register.
What does the tour package cover?
The 4Days 3Nights tour package includes airport transfer, transportation, a 3-night hotel stay, meals, sightseeing, and entertainment. The itinerary is prepared by our team.
What is the property that I will be shown on the tour?
Up to 3 selected condominium projects in Phnom Penh will be showcased to you. Please note this is subject to change.
Can I see projects outside of those included in the tour?
Further details regarding this will be discussed with our property consultant during the qualification process following your registration.
Does the tour fee include my visa fee?
To be considered during the qualification process.
Can I visit different cities during your period?
Our property tour package is limited to Phnom Penh. However, if you'd like to see projects in Siem Reap or Sihanoukville, we can discuss this during the qualification process with our property consultant. Please note that the package price may also vary depending on your final selections.
Can I not visit the attractions on the tour agenda?
Yes, this can be discussed during the qualification process with our property consultant.
I'm unavailable on the proposed dates. Would it be possible to schedule the tour for a time that works better for me?
Yes, it is possible to discuss alternative dates that may be more convenient for you.
How many people are included in each tour?
For a personalized experience, our tours are limited to a maximum 6 people per tour.
If there are not enough people per tour, will the price be charged differently?
The price per person remains the same, regardless of the number of people on the tour.
Can I join the tour if I'm already in Cambodia, e.g. in Siem Reap?
Yes, you can certainly join the tour under the same package offered to our overseas investors.
How are the projects I will be visiting designed by Realestate.com.kh? Will they be a mix of landed properties and condos, or just condos?
Our tour features a selection of impressive condominium projects. However, after registration, we can discuss your interests and see if there's room for customization.
I want to book my own hotel, will the fee remain the same?
You may book your own hotel, and we will offer you a reduced price on the tour package.
My flight arrives at midnight, will someone pick me up from the airport?
Absolutely, our team is prepared to meet you at the airport upon your arrival, regardless of the time.
Who will be the main person leading the tour?
The property consultant who qualified the client and communicated with them throughout the entire process leading up to their arrival.
If I'm buying the property during my visit, what incentives am I getting as a buyer?
As a buyer, you'll receive the best price, special offers, and a 100% refund of the tour package fee upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement. We may have additional benefits available as well.
I'm interested to book the tour, how do I pay for the tour fee?
You may pay via bank transfer (subject to 10% VAT).
Can you help book the air ticket on my behalf?
Clients are responsible for booking and purchasing their own tickets for the tour. Our property consultant cannot book tickets on your behalf. However, if you're unfamiliar with the process, our property consultant can offer guidance.
I want to join the tour, but I don’t want to view all the projects. I already have something in mind. How do I proceed with that?
During the qualification process, you'll discuss your preferences with our property consultant, who can then advise you on how to proceed.
