Hello! I am so excited to meet you!

I am a mother to 4 children: Aarynn (27), Lu (24), Kaiya (10), and Brax (8). I have a wonderful Bonus Daughter, Braylynn (15), who lives in Peoria, Arizona. Kaiya and Brax are students at Reagan Academy. I got married to Brett in June 2023 and am enjoying that new adventure! I gained a daughter (Danica), son-in-law (Jesse), son (Austin), and daughter-in-law (Oaklie) with this marriage!  Danice and Jesse have a son named Colt. Austin and Oaklie have a son name Cohen. That means I am a GRANDMA!!! I also have a cute little Chiweenie named Teddy and a Pugzu named Bear. 

I received my Bachelor in Elementary Education from University of Idaho in 2010. I started teaching 4th grade when another teacher retired early and I took over her class. Then I moved to Arizona in 2011, where I taught 4th and 5th grades. I later taught online, teaching English to children in China. In 2021, I moved to Utah. I've taught 4th Grade at Reagan Academy since 2022.

My favorite colors are orange and green. My favorite animal is an alligator (I saw some in Florida and Texas!). My favorite holiday is My Birthday. My favorite foods are carrots and blueberries. I also enjoy fresh-picked blackberries and tomatoes, especially the little orange ones! I enjoy spending time with my family. I like to go fishing, rock crawling, and riding on my motorcycle. 

My favorite gifts from students include: hand drawn pictures and handmade gifts by my students, candles, gift cards, pencils, hand soap, film for my Instax Mini FujiFilm camera, hugs, and smiles.

I'm very excited to embark on this year's school adventure!
