Description:
Join a local veterinarian and mother to discuss the often overlooked ways to ensure your kids stay safe around the dogs in their lives. Review surprising statistics, and gain helpful tools for building healthy dog/child relationships in our homes and neighborhoods. This session will be hosted by Dr. Niki McCrea of Lyons Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Niki is a veterinarian of 7 years with 15 years of experience in the veterinary industry, and a lifetime surrounded by animals and children. She has three children of her own, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and a Bullmastiff. She also shares her home with her husband, a small aquarium and a cat.
