My goal for our mathematics class this year is help the students develop problem solving strategies by challenging them to think creatively and connecting various mathematical concepts. We will also emphasize the importance of mathematics by applying our content to realistic scenarios. 

I aim to assist my students not only as we learn and master content based skills, but in figuring out their strengths so that they may continue to grow as learners. I am always available to provide support for my students, and in doing so hope to show them that no one - including myself - has ever finished learning.

Homework assignments, quiz/test announcements, and class procedures/ announcements will be posted in multiple ways. 

Google Classroom:

• Homework -  Underneath the "Classwork" tab and "Assignments" section-  will include the assignment description, due date, and PDF copy of the work

• Notes - Every unit we study has a section of the "Classwork" tab and includes each day's notes and practice activities

• Quiz/ Tests  -  Underneath the "Classwork" tab  - announcements for quizzes and tests

• Extra Practice - Underneath the "Classwork" tab and "Extra Practice & Games" section - will include textbook pages, PDF worksheets, and IXL standards for students to continue to practice new concepts
