I am so excited to be your teacher this year along with Mrs. Adhikari who will instruct our students in  math and science. I have taught for over twenty years in Readington Township, including grades 3, 4, and 5. This year, I will teach ELA to  our students and social studies to my homeroom. I strive to nurture students' love of reading and writing  while providing avenues for them to voice their unique perspectives. We will read realistic fiction novels, nonfiction articles, fantasy and poetry.  We will also write for a variety of purposes including entertaining, persuading and informing readers.  Fifth-grade was my favorite year as a student many years ago, and I look forward to a wonderful year ahead as your teacher!
